Features&uses

    YR-1 is an oil - soluble resin made from the high polymers by chemical reaction and emulsification. It is a white or light - yellow cream and can be easily dispersed into multiple - class particles in water. YR-1 can be used as the deformable soft tiny particle to effectively seal the fissure formations together with the acid soluble bridging agent (QS). So, YR-1 is an excellent formation sealant for the brittle shale and fissured or fractured formations. Otherwise, YR-1 also serves the functions of improving the mud filter cake, lowering fluid loss and lubrication in all types of water base mud, especially polymer mud.

Recommended Treatment

As a sealant in formation damage control mud system: 2~3%(m / v).
