Features&uses

    SJQ-2 is a kind of light material high in silica. It has many special properties, i.e.,the porous structure, the larger specific surface area, the stronger absorbability and the excellent suspensibility. The low density which can be adjusted from 1.30 to 1.60 g/cm3 cement slurry can be prepared from blending SJQ-2 with oil well cement. The cement slurry system is of imcompressibility, anti-deposition and stable density, this leads the cement system to overcome the defect that the density of hollow microsphere low density cement slurry is often seriously influenced by pressure.
The formula and the properties of the imcompressible low density cement slurry system prepared by SJQ-2 with oil well cement and other compatible additives are in the following:
1. Good flowing property, thus can easily be pumped.
2. Low free water, fluid loss is ¡Ü80ml/7MPa¡Á70¡æ, 30min.
3. The compressive strength ¡Ü18MPa(d:1.50g/cm3£¬60~70¡æ).
4. Thickening time may be adjustable.

Recommended Treatment

Oil well cement (G class) +£¨SJQ-2£©35% + silica ash 10% + £¨CS-2£©4% + £¨LT-2£©2% +£¨SXY)1.7%
1. All kind of admixtures or additives are in BWOC£»
2. After all kinds of admixtures or additives mixing with cement in dry state, blending all solids with water.
