       KHm is the specially produced potassium humate for use in drilling muds. It is a free flowing black powder and has a PH of approximately 10.0 . Since the insoluble residues have been removed during the production process, a product of maximum solubility , purity and overall effectiveness is assured. KHm is used primarily as a fluid loss control agent in fresh water and potassium muds and to inhibit the swelling and sloughing of water sensitive formations. It also can effectively lower the viscosity and shear strength ,control the rheological properties of muds . KHm has a good high temperature stability and can improve the wall building property of drilling muds in high temperature environments. In agricultural ,KHm is widely used as a fertilizer, soil improving agent and vegetable growing stimulant.

Recommended

treatment 

1. In fresh water muds as a thinner is about 0.3~1.0%;
2. As a water loss control & shale control agent : 1~2%
