    DL-500 is inert lost circulation Admixture especially designed and produced to solve the problems of the cement slurry leakage during the cementing operation. DL-500 may be easily dispersed in cement slurry. The slurry containing DL-500 can rapidly transform into bridge plugging on the fractured or fissured formation, the further leakage of cement slurry can be prevented. DL-500 contains various kind of fibers. The surface of the fibers have been specially treated, this is of benefit to the toughness- enhancing and impact-resistance of the cement-rock. DL-500 has achieved great success in many oil fields.

Recommended Treatment

Normal treatment is about 0.3~0.5% (BWOC), putting the product evenly in the cement slurry through the mixing tank.
